Adam Berkowitz, Esquire, is a Philadelphia attorney whose practice focuses on small business purchases, sales, acquisition financing and due diligence. Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2019, he built a general practice with experience across most areas of law before concentrating on business transactions.
Adam has been on the principal's side of the table himself. As a real estate investor and general contractor, he has bought and sold at least ten properties, from full gut renovations and structural work to complete rehabs. He knows what it means to put your own money into a deal, hit problems mid-project and still get to closing.
He is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson, which helps when a business sale involves a commercial lease, a building or a buildout.
